Migrastatin
T35616314245-65-3
Migrastatin is a bacterial metabolite that has been found inStreptomyceswith antimuscarinic and anticancer activities.1,2It binds to M1-5muscarinic acetylcholine receptors (Kis = >200, 200, 31, 43, and >200 μM, respectively) and inhibits calcium mobilization induced by carbamoylcholine in SK-N-SH cells (IC50= 28 μM), as well as in primary rat bladder smooth muscle cells.1Migrastatin inhibits the migration of EC17 esophageal cancer cells in a wound healing assay (IC50= 10 μg/ml) and 4T1 mouse mammary carcinoma cells in a chamber cell migration assay (IC50= 29 μM).2It enhances cytotoxicity induced by vinblastine in vincristine-resistant P388/VCR cells.3

8(E),10(E),12(Z)-Octadecatrienoic Acid
T368875204-87-5
8(E),10(E),12(Z)-Octadecatrienoic acid is a conjugated polyunsaturated fatty acid (PUFA) that has been found inC. officinalisseed oil and has anticancer activity.1,2,3It inhibits the growth of Caco-2 cells when used at concentrations ranging from 10 to 50 μM.28(E),10(E),12(Z)-Octadecatrienoic acid (10 μM) induces formation of thiobarbituric acid reactive substances (TBARS) and apoptosis in DLD-1 colorectal adenocarcinoma cells.3It also inhibits prostaglandin biosynthesis in sheep vesicular gland microsomes (IC50= 31 μM).4 1.Crombie, L., and Holloway, S.J.The biosynthesis of calendic acid, octadeca-(8E,10E, 12Z)-trienoic, acid, by developing marigold seeds: origins of (E,E,Z) and (Z,E,Z) conjugated triene acids in higher plantsJ. Histone H3 (21-44)-GK-biotin amide (trifluoroacetate salt)
Histone H3 (21-44)-GK-biotin amide (trifluoroacetate salt)
T36979
Histone H3 (21-44)-GK-biotin is a peptide fragment of histone H3 that corresponds to amino acid residues 22-45 of the human histone H3.3 sequence and is biotinylated via a C-terminal GK linker. Unlike histone H3.1 and H3.2, the histone H3.3 variant contains a serine residue at position 31 that is phosphorylated during late prometaphase and metaphase of mitosis. Histone H3 (21-44) also contains lysine residues at positions 23, 27, and 36 that are subject to methylation and acetylation, all of which have a role in the regulation of gene expression, and a serine residue at position 28 that is subject to phosphorylation during mitosis.

Eltoprazine
T3814598224-03-4
Eltoprazine(DU28853) is a serenic or antiaggressive agent which as an agonist at the 5-HT1A and 5-HT1B receptors and as an antagonist at the 5-HT2C receptor.IC50 value:Target: 5-HT1A/1B agonist; 5-HT2C antagonistin vitro: The binding of [3H]eltoprazine to whole tissue sections was saturable and revealed an apparent dissociation constant (Kd) of 11 nM. Specific [3H]eltoprazine binding was completely displaced by 5-HT; conversely, unlabelled eltoprazine reduced [3H]5-HT binding to the levels of non-specific binding [1]. Eltoprazine evoked membrane changes that were similar to but much weaker than those induced by 5HT. Both the 5HT- and eltoprazine-evoked membrane hyperpolarizations were largely suppressed in the presence of spiperone [2].in vivo: eltoprazine is extremely effective in suppressing dyskinesia in experimental models, although this effect was accompanied by a partial worsening of the therapeutic effect of l-dopa. Interestingly, eltoprazine was found to (synergistically) potentiate the antidyskinetic effect of amantadine. The current data indicated that eltoprazine is highly effective in counteracting dyskinesia in preclinical models [3]. Rats were chronically treated with mianserin (10 mg/kg i.p.) or eltoprazine (1 mg/kg i.p.) and were tested in the elevated plus-maze test for anxiety. Mianserin and eltoprazine displayed opposite effects in the elevated plus-maze: mianserin induced anxiolytic-like effects, while eltoprazine showed anxiogenic-like ones [4]. [1]. Sijbesma H, et al. [Thr28, Nle31]-Cholecystokinin (25-33), sulfated
T8348577568-41-3
[Thr28, Nle31]-Cholecystokinin (25-33) is a bioactive peptide analog of Cholecystokinin (CCK) that functions as both a hormone and neurotransmitter in the gastrointestinal and central nervous systems, playing a role in satiation by inhibiting food intake. Compared to native CCK8, this analog displays enhanced stability in acidic environments and resistance to air oxidation, due to the substitution of Methionine with Threonine at position 28 and Norleucine at position 31. Structurally, it features a gamma-turn at Thr4, followed by a Gly5-separated helical region encompassing the C-terminal residues.
