5-tamra azide

5-TAMRA Azide (TAMRA Azide, isomer 5) is the orange-fluorescent probe that is compatible with various excitation sources including mercury arc, tungsten and xenon arc lamps, the 544 nm line of the Helium-Neon laser and the 532 nm green laser line. It is predominantly used for detection of terminal alkyne-tagged biomolecules via a copper-catalyzed click reaction (CuAAC).

TAMRA DBCO, 5-isomer is a derivative of tetramethylrhodamine (TMR, TAMRA) that includes a cyclooctyne moiety (dibenzocyclooctyne, DBCO). This compound is the pure 5-isomer and is capable of reacting rapidly and efficiently with azides in a copper-free manner through strain-promoted azide-alkyne cycloaddition (SPAAC). TAMRA DBCO, 5-isomer can be employed for labeling proteins, peptides, nucleic acids, and other azide-containing molecules.

5-TAMRA-DBCO is a fluorescent dye composed of 5-TAMRA and a dibenzocyclooctyne (DBCO) moiety. This compound can undergo copper-free click chemistry reactions with azide-functionalized molecules. It is applicable for labeling proteins, peptides, and nucleic acids (Ex/Em = 541/567 nm).
