UX4O
T205500
UX4O is an allosteric inhibitor of UDP-glucose dehydrogenase (UGDH). The human UGDH (hUGDH) is a hexamer that catalyzes the oxidation of UDP-glucose to UDP-glucuronic acid. It exists in an active (E) state and an inactive (EΩ) state, which requires binding with the allosteric inhibitor UDP-xylose (UDP-Xyl) to stabilize the inactive form. UX4O may also serve as a physiologically relevant inhibitor of bacterial allosteric UGDH that does not produce UDP-Xyl.

UDP-GlcNAz disodium
TSW-000231611490-64-2
Uridine diphosphate glucuronic acid (UDP-GlcA) trisodium is a cofactor formed by the catalytic activity of UDP-glucose dehydrogenase. It contains an Azide group, enabling it to undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition reactions (CuAAc) with molecules that have Alkyne groups. Additionally, it can participate in strain-promoted azide-alkyne cycloaddition reactions (SPAAC) with molecules containing DBCO or BCN groups.
