meisi-1

MEISi-1 is a small-molecule inhibitor targeting the homeodomain of MEIS1 protein. MEISi-1 can significantly inhibit the activity of luciferase reporter genes containing MEIS binding sites, and promote the self-renewal of key hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) in both mice and humans in vitro and in vivo. MEISi-2 is a specific MEISi inhibitor that inhibits the meis luciferase reporter gene in vitro and induces MEIS-dependent hematopoietic stem cell maintenance and self-renewal, which can be used in research areas such as cardiac injury, hematopoietic problems, bone marrow transplantation and cancer.
