5'-Amino-5'-deoxyadenosine (NH2dAdo) is an adenosine kinase inhibitor targeting malignant tumors of the inert lymphatic system with antitumor and anticancer effects. Its mechanism is mediated by the inhibition of DNA synthesis and induction of apoptosis.

LDR102 (Compound 19h) is an inhibitor of receptor tyrosine kinase-like orphan receptor 1 (ROR1) with a Ki value of 0.10 μM. LDR102 inhibits the proliferation of the cancer cell lines H1975, A549, and MDA-MB-231, with IC50 values of 0.36 μM, 1.37 μM, and 0.47 μM, respectively. LDR102 has demonstrated antitumor activity in mouse models and exhibits favorable pharmacokinetic properties in rats.
