Immunohistochemistry

Immunohistochemical chromogenic dyes are used to label and visualize specific antigens in tissues or cells, and achieve highly specific detection by binding to antibodies. Commonly used dyes include enzyme substrates (such as DAB, BCIP/NBT) and fluorescent probes (such as FITC, TRITC), which can produce colored precipitates or fluorescent signals. This technology is widely used in pathological diagnosis, molecular biology research, and drug development, with high sensitivity and specificity.
