BCL6 Protein, Human, Recombinant (aa 1-150, His & Trx)
BCL5, ZNF51, B-cell CLL lymphoma 6, LAZ3, ZBTB27, BCL6A
TMPY-02430
The protein encoded by this gene is an evolutionarily conserved 95-kDa protein containing six C-terminal zinc-finger motifs and an N-terminal POZ domain. It has been reported that BCL-6 is present in DNA-binding complexes in nuclear extracts from various B-cell lines. There are many relationships between non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, diffuse large cell lymphoma and BCL6's translocations. BCL6 can repress transcription from promoters linked to its DNA target sequence and this activity is dependent upon specific DNA-binding and the presence of an intact N-terminal half of the protein.

Fragilis/IFITM3 Protein, Human, Recombinant (mFc)
IP15, interferon induced transmembrane protein 3, DSPA2b, 1-8U
TMPY-02841
Interferon-induced transmembrane protein 3 (IFITM3) belongs to the CD225 family. To replicate, viruses must gain access to the host cell's resources. Interferon (IFN) regulates the actions of a large complement of interferon effector genes (IEGs) that prevent viral replication. The interferon-inducible transmembrane protein family members, IFITM1, 2, and 3, are IEGs required for inhibition of influenza A virus, dengue virus, and West Nile virus replication in vitro. IFITM3 is an IFN-induced antiviral protein that mediates cellular innate immunity to at least three major human pathogens, namely influenza A H1N1 virus, West Nile virus (WNV), and dengue virus (WNV), by inhibiting the early step(s) of replication. It is both necessary and sufficient for preventing the emergence of viral genomes from the endosomal pathway. Viral pseudo particles were inhibited from transferring their contents into the host cell cytosol by IFN, and IFITM3 was required and sufficient for this action. IFITM3 overexpression is sufficient for this phenotype. Moreover, IFITM3 partially resides in late endosomal and lysosomal structures, placing it in the path of invading viruses.

SARS-CoV-2 XBB.1.16 (Omicron) Spike S1+S2 trimer Protein (ECD, His)
TMPY-06885
The spike (S) glycoprotein of coronaviruses contains protrusions that will only bind to certain receptors on the host cell. Known receptors bind S1 are ACE2, angiotensin-converting enzyme 2; DPP4, dipeptidyl peptidase-4; APN, aminopeptidase N; CEACAM, carcinoembryonic antigen-related cell adhesion molecule 1; Sia, sialic acid; O-ac Sia, O-acetylated sialic acid. The spike is essential for both host specificity and viral infectivity. The term 'peplomer' is typically used to refer to a grouping of heterologous proteins on the virus surface that function together. The spike (S) glycoprotein of coronaviruses is known to be essential in the binding of the virus to the host cell at the advent of the infection process. It's been reported that SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19 coronavirus, 2019-nCoV) can infect the human respiratory epithelial cells through interaction with the human ACE2 receptor. The spike protein is a large type I transmembrane protein containing two subunits, S1 and S2. S1 mainly contains a receptor binding domain (RBD), which is responsible for recognizing the cell surface receptor. S2 contains basic elements needed for the membrane fusion. The S protein plays key parts in the induction of neutralizing-antibody and T-cell responses, as well as protective immunity. The main functions for the Spike protein are summarized as: Mediate receptor binding and membrane fusion; Defines the range of the hosts and specificity of the virus; Main component to bind with the neutralizing antibody; Key target for vaccine design; Can be transmitted between different hosts through gene recombination or mutation of the receptor binding domain (RBD), leading to a higher mortality rate.

OTUB2 Protein, Human, Recombinant (His)
OTU2, OTU deubiquitinase, ubiquitin aldehyde binding 2, OTB2, C14orf137
TMPY-02522
Otubain 2 (OTUB2) is a member of DUBs that belong to the ovarian tumour (OTU) superfamily of proteins which consists of a five-stranded β-sheet sandwiched in between a small helical amino-terminal region consisting of α1 and α2, and a large helical region comprised of α3-α10. Like other DUBs, otubain 2 (OTUB2) cleaves proteins precisely at the ubiquitin-protein bond so that ubiquitylation process can be reversed and regulated. Otubain 2 (OTUB2)'s active-site cleft is sterically occluded by a novel loop conformation resulting in an oxyanion hole, which consists uniquely of backbone amides. Furthermore, the residues that orient and stabilize the active-site histidine of otubain 2 (OTUB2) are different from other cysteine proteases. This reorganization of the active-site topology provides a possible explanation for the low turnover and substrate specificity of the otubains.
