In vivo	Tolbisetron induces anti-inflammatory effects in experimental models of cisplatin-induced nephrotoxicity that are completely independent of the 5-HT3 receptor. Tropisetron can improve ischemic brain injury by reducing TNF-α levels and myeloperoxidase activity[3].
