In vitro	Co 101244 enhances neuroprotection and reduces NMDA-evoked Ca2+?elevations effectively [1].
In vivo	Administration of 1 mg/kg s.c. Co 101244 displayed antidyskinetic effects with the reduction of 67% while sparing levodopa motor benefit[1].
