Description CNQX disodium is a competitive non-NMDA receptor antagonist and competitive AMPA/kainate receptor antagonist in neuronal cultures.
Targets&IC50 Kainate receptor:1.5 μM (IC50), AMPA:0.3 μM (IC50)
In vivo The ED50 for ?CNQX was 45.9+/-4.65 microg, respectively.?Intrathecal injection of a combination of CNQX and gabapentin produced a strong synergistic antiallodynic effect in neuropathic rats[1].
