Description
SR 11302 is an inhibitor of activator protein-1 (AP-1).
In vitro
SR 11302 can inhibit the growth of breast cancer cell line T-47D, the lung cancer line Calu-6, and HeLa cells. SR 11302 had very little effect on either the proliferation or the differentiation of HL-60, fresh APL, and NB4 cells[2].
In vivo
In an AP-1-luciferase transgenic mouse carcinogenesis model, SR11302 significantly inhibits both AP-1 activations in 7,12-dimethyl benz(a)anthracene-initiated mouse skin and 12-O-tetradecanoylphorbol-13-acetate-induced papilloma formation[3].

Preparation of the In Vivo Formulation:

1) Add 100 μL of the DMSOTargetMol | reagent stock solution to 400 μL PEG300TargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.

2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.

3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2OTargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
