In vivo | Limonin is an effective antiproliferative agent that inhibits the proliferation of human hepatocellular carcinoma HepG2 cells by regulating cell apoptosis and the Wnt signaling pathway. Additionally, Limonin suppresses the replication of Human Immunodeficiency Virus-1 (HIV-1) in cultured human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) with an EC50 of 60 μM. |
