Targets&IC50	Na+ channel:
In vivo	Ventricular ectopic activity in unanesthetized dogs with coronary occlusion effectively suppressed by Tocainide (100 mg/kg). In both digitalis toxicity and coronary occlusion models, the Termination of tocainide infusion results in the prompt return of ventricular ectopic activity [1].
