In experimentally naive male Sprague-Dawley rats weighing 220-300 g, SB 243213 (0.1, 0.3, 1, 3, 10 mg/kg; oral administration; 1 hour pre-test) dose-dependently and significantly increased the duration of social interaction in brightly lit conditions and in an unfamiliar test box, lasting for 15 minutes[1].
