| Description | Clorprenaline hydrochloride (Clorprenaline HCl) is a beta-2 adrenergic agonist with bronchodilator activity. |
| In vitro | The linear ranges 8.0-1.6 ×103 ng/mL for Clorprenaline in a single chromatographic run, the detection limits 3.0 ng/mL for Clorprenaline. [1] Clorprenaline is a bronchodilator that has been separated by CE based on affinity-interaction or with charged CD-CZE sulfobuthylether (SBE)-β-CD or β-CD-phosphate with resolution greater than 1.2. Clorprenaline is separated in optimum condition of 60 mM HP-β-CD. [2] Clorprenaline hydrochloride (a), bromhexine hydrochloride (b) and decloxizine hydrochloride (c) are three main components in clorprenaline compound tablet. [3] |
| In vivo | In a single chromatographic run, the linear range of clorprenaline was 8.0-1.6 × 103 ng/mL, with a limit of detection of 3.0 ng/mL.[1] Clorprenaline is a bronchodilator that has been separated by affinity-interaction-based CE or charged CD-CZE sulfobutyl ether (SBE)-β-CD or β-CD -phosphates at a resolution greater than 1.2. Clorprenaline was separated under optimal conditions at 60 mM HP-β-CD. [2] Clorprenaline hydrochloride, bromhexine hydrochloride, and deslorohydroxyzine hydrochloride are the three main ingredients of Clorprenaline compound tablets. [3] |

H2O/Ethanol/DMSO
| ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO
to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.
1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO
stock solution to 400 μL PEG300
and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.
2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.
3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2O
and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
