In vitro	PI3Kδ-IN-15 exhibited excellent efficiencies with sub-nanomolar functional potency when compared with the reference PI3Kδ inhibitor. PI3Kδ IC50 = 0.5 nM, PI3KγIC50 = 15.3 nM, PI3KβIC50 = 145 nM, and PI3KαIC50 = 152 nM. [1]
