Description Fenoldopam mesylate (Corlopam mesylate) is a selective dopamine-1 receptor (DA1) agonist with natriuretic/diuretic properties. It lowers blood pressure through arteriolar vasodilation.
In vivo Fenoldopam (20 μg/kg) induced a marked decrease in systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and heart rate[1].
