In human parental MCF7 mice xenograft, oral administration of Camizestrant (0.2-50 mg/kg) displays dose-dependent anti-tumor effects. Oral administration of Camizestrant (0.8-40 mg/kg) dose-dependently decreases the growth of the tumor[1].
