| In vitro | METHODS: MCF7 breast cells were treated with Y16 (5, 10, 30, 50 μM), and the effects of Y16 on growth, migration, and invasion, as well as mammosphere formation, breast cancer cell activity, and characteristics related to tumorigenic potential were studied. RESULTS Y16 significantly inhibited the growth, migration, and invasion of MCF7 breast cancer cells; Y16-treated MCF7 cells also produced smaller size and dose-dependently reduced mammary X-sphere numbers.
