Description Wnt/β-catenin agonist 2 activates Wnt/β-catenin signaling and is an effective Wnt agonist. Wnt/β-catenin agonist 2 can be used in the study of diseases related to signal transduction and is closely related to cancer invasion and metastasis.
In vitro Wnt/β-catenin agonist 2 acts as a stimulator of β-Catenin in the SW480 cell line, enhancing its activity. Moreover, it has been observed that Wnt/β-catenin agonist 2 exerts an influence on the differentiation of ST2 cells, promoting their transformation into osteoblasts [1].
