Description	SRPIN340 (SRPK inhibitor), a serine/arginine-rich protein kinase (SRPK)-specific inhibitor, is potent for SRPK1 (IC50 = 0.89 uM).

In vitro	In Flp-In293 cells, SRPIN340 inhibited SR phosphorylation via SRPK, promoted SRp75 degradation, and subsequently inhibited the production of HIV.In CHO cells, SRPIN340 (5 mg/ml) did not produce abnormalities in chromosome structure and chromosome number.
