| In vitro | SGN-2FF is a fucosylation inhibitor, SGN-2FF inhibits cellular fucosylation by depleting the fucosylation substrate GDP-fucose, and by direct inhibition of fucosyltransferases, and leads to the production of fucosylated glycoproteins including antibodies. SGN-2FF activates human T cells in an antigen-dependent manner. |
