In vitro | Methyl 5-hydroxypyridine-2-carboxylate (compound 2) inhibits NO in LPS-stimulated RAW264.7 and BV2 cells, with IC 50 s of 115.67 and 118.80 μM, respectively [1]. Methyl 5-hydroxypyridine-2-carboxylate (6.25-200μM) does not have any cytotoxic effect [1]. |
