Description	Iprindole, a tricyclic indole antidepressant, is a dual weak inhibitor of noradrenaline and 5-HT uptake [1].
In vivo	Iprindole exhibited less than 50% inhibition in the uptake of both noradrenaline and 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) at a dosage of 100 mg/kg intraperitoneally (i.p.) [1].
