AZD5423 is an inhaled, potent, selective, and non-steroidal modulator of the glucocorticoid receptor (GR) that effectively reduces allergen-induced responses in individuals with mild allergic asthma.
In vitro
AZD5423 exhibits high affinity for the glucocorticoid receptor, with an IC50 of 0.9 nM in a radioligand human glucocorticoid receptor assay, and demonstrates over 900-fold selectivity towards other steroid hormone receptors[1].

3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2OTargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
