Description	AHR antagonist 5 free base is an orally active AHR antagonist with IC50 of approximately 35-150 nM in human and rodent cell lines, and exhibits anticancer activity.
In vitro	AHR antagonist 5 free base induces an activated human T cell state and inhibits CYP1A1 and interleukin (IL)-22 gene expression. AHR antagonist 5 increases pro-inflammatory cytokines, such as IL-2 and IL-9[1].
