Description Camizestrant (Estrogen receptor antagonist 2) is an antagonist of the estrogen receptor and can be used in studies about ER+ HER2-advanced breast cancer[1].
Targets&IC50 Estrogen Receptor:
In vivo In human parental MCF7 mice xenograft, oral administration of Camizestrant (0.2-50 mg/kg) displays dose-dependent anti-tumor effects. Oral administration of Camizestrant (0.8-40 mg/kg) dose-dependently decreases the growth of the tumor[1].
