Construction	The Human LILRB4 (NP_001265357.2) (Met1-Glu259) was expressed with a C-terminal polyhistidine tag followed by an AVI tag. The expressed protein was biotinylated in vivo by the Biotin-Protein ligase (BirA enzyme) which is co-expressed.

Research Background	LILRB4 (Leukocyte Immunoglobulin Like Receptor B4) is a Protein Coding gene.
