Description	WM-8014 (MOZ-IN-3) is an inhibitor of MOZ(IC50=55 nM), a member of histone acetyltransferases.
Targets&IC50	MOZ:55 nM
In vitro	MOZ-IN-3is an inhibitor of MOZ（IC50=55 nM）. MOZ-IN-3 causes cell senescence（IC50=1.6 μM） and suppresses the proliferation（IC50=551 nM）.
Kinase Assay	Reactions are set up with Acetyl coenzyme A (AcCoA)(0.4 μM), N-terminal histone H4 peptide (sequence SGRGKGGKGLGKGGAKRHRKV-GGK-biotin)(50 nM), MOZ enzyme(10 nM), and an acetyl-lysine specific antibody (final dilution 1: 10000).
