In vivo
Immunocompromised mice carrying MDA-MB-231 were intravenously administered with OTS186935 or vehicle control at a dose of 10 mg/kg once daily for 14 days. On the 14th day, a tumor growth inhibition (TGI) of 42.6% was observed[1].

Preparation of the In Vivo Formulation:

1) Add 100 μL of the DMSOTargetMol | reagent stock solution to 400 μL PEG300TargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.
