| In vitro | IMD-0560 inhibits TNFα-caused transcriptional activity. Pretreatment with IMD-0560 suppresses both IκBα degradation and p65 phosphorylation induced by TNFα and also strongly inhibits TNFα-induced cell invasion. Pretreatment with IMD-0560 suppresses MMP-9 activity by inhibiting MMP-9 expression. |
| In vivo | Compare to the control groups, zygoma destruction is obviously suppressed in the IMD-0560-treated groups. In the IMD-0560-treated groups, the tumor size is decreased in a dose-dependent manner, and no tumor is detected in some mice treated with 5 mg/kg IMD-0560. The inhibitory effect of each treatment on zygoma destruction is similar, although the tumor size in the 5 mg/kg IMD-0560-treated group is smaller than that of the 3 mg/kg IMD-0560-treated group. |

Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO
to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.
1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO
stock solution to 400 μL PEG300
and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.
2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.
3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2O
and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
