| In vitro | HKPerox-2 is a O-methyl rhodol derivative and reaches a plateau within 30 min upon treatment of 100 μM H 2 O 2 , and the rate constants k obs is determined to be 2.0x10 -2 s for HKPerox2[1].HKPerox-2 (0-20 μM; 24 hours) is nontoxic to cells at working concentrations in RAW264.7 macrophages[1].
HKPerox-2 should be co-incubated with 100 μM of trichloroacetonitrile (CCl3CN) for H 2 O 2 detection and molecular imaging. DMSO should be avoided during H 2 O 2 detection, as DMSO could scavenge activated H 2 O 2 in the presence of CCl3CN . DMF is the recommended solvent to prepare probe stock solution. |

Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO
to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.
1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO
stock solution to 400 μL PEG300
and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.
2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.
3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2O
and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
