Targets&IC50	ROCK2:1 pM, ROCK1:52 pM, MRCK:150 nM
In vitro	Chroman 1 also shows inhibitory activities against MRCK (IC50: 150 nM). However, it has no effect on PKA (IC50, > 20000 nM) or AKT1 (IC50, > 20000 nM).
