YAP/TAZ inhibitor-2 is a potent, orally active TEAD-YAP/TAZ inhibitor with an EC50 value of 3 nM, demonstrating anti-proliferative and antitumor activity [1].
In vitro
YAP/TAZ inhibitor-2 (compound 5) exhibits antiproliferative activity in NCI-H226 cells, with an IC50 value of 5.33 nM over 24 hours at concentrations ranging from 0 to 20000 nM [1].
In vivo
YAP/TAZ inhibitor-2 (0.5, 2, 5, 50 mg/kg; p.o.; daily for 28 days) exhibits anti-tumor activity without significant body weight loss during the treatment in BALB/c nude mice (NCI-H226 xenograft model) [1].

Preparation of the In Vivo Formulation:

1) Add 100 μL of the DMSOTargetMol | reagent stock solution to 400 μL PEG300TargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.

3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2OTargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
