| Description | YAP-TEAD-IN-3 (IAG933) belongs to small molecule inhibitors and is a TEAD-targeted YAP/TAZ-TEAD protein-protein interaction inhibitor (IC50 = 9 nM) with oral activity and selective inhibitory capability against all four TEAD isoforms. This compound is used in antitumor and pro-apoptosis research. |

| In vitro | Methods: Cells were treated with YAP-TEAD-IN-3 (IAG933) (0-1 μM) for 4 hours to detect the interaction between YAP/TAZ and TEAD isoforms and TEAD-driven transcriptional activity; MSTO211H and NCI-H226 cells were treated with YAP-TEAD-IN-3 (IAG933) (0.0001-10 μM) for 24 hours to detect TEAD target gene expression; Hippo-dependent mesothelioma cells were treated with YAP-TEAD-IN-3 (IAG933) (0.001-10 μM) for 72 hours to detect anti-proliferative activity. Results: YAP-TEAD-IN-3 (IAG933) directly inhibited the interaction between YAP/TAZ and all four TEAD isoforms, selectively suppressing TEAD transcriptional activity; YAP-TEAD-IN-3 (IAG933) dose-dependently inhibited TEAD target gene expression with IC50 values of 11-26 nM; YAP-TEAD-IN-3 (IAG933) demonstrated potent anti-proliferative activity in mesothelioma cells with GI50 of 13-91 nM.[1] |

Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO
to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.
1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO
stock solution to 400 μL PEG300
and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.
2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.
3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2O
and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
