In vitro | Methods: PANC-1 and SW1990 cells were treated with Yadanzioside C (0.01-100 μg/mL, 72 hours) and SRB analysis was performed. Results: The IC50 values of Yadanzioside G for PANC-1 and SW1990 cells were 28 μg/mL and greater than 10 μg/mL. [1] |
