Wnt/β-catenin agonist 2 activates Wnt/β-catenin signaling and is an effective Wnt agonist. Wnt/β-catenin agonist 2 can be used in the study of diseases related to signal transduction and is closely related to cancer invasion and metastasis.
In vitro
Wnt/β-catenin agonist 2 acts as a stimulator of β-Catenin in the SW480 cell line, enhancing its activity. Moreover, it has been observed that Wnt/β-catenin agonist 2 exerts an influence on the differentiation of ST2 cells, promoting their transformation into osteoblasts [1].

Preparation of the In Vivo Formulation:

1) Add 100 μL of the DMSOTargetMol | reagent stock solution to 400 μL PEG300TargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.

2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.

3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2OTargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
