In vitro	TLR4-IN-C34 reduced systemic inflammation in mouse models of endotoxemia and necrotizing enterocolitis.
Animal Research	Experimental NEC was induced in 7 8 day old mice .TLR4-IN-C34 was administered via the oral route at a concentration of 1 mg/kg on each morning of the four day model.
