Description
T-1101 tosylate (TAI-95 tosylate) is a Hec1/Nek2 inhibitor with antitumor activity.
In vitro
T-1101 has good oral absorption, along with potent in?vitro antiproliferative activity (IC50: 14.8-21.5?nM).
In vivo
T-1101 tosylate can achieve high concentrations in Huh-7 and MDA-MB-231 tumor tissues, and showed promise in antitumor activity in mice bearing human tumor xenografts of liver cancer (Huh-7).

Preparation of the In Vivo Formulation:

1) Add 100 μL of the DMSOTargetMol | reagent stock solution to 400 μL PEG300TargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.

2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.

3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2OTargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
