Description	MC4033 is a selective lysine acetyltransferase 8 (KAT8) inhibitor (IC50: 12.1 μM) with anticancer effects, induces apoptosis, and can be used for the study of non-small cell lung cancer.
Targets&IC50	KAT8:12.1 μM
In vitro	MC4033 (10, 25, 50, and 100 μM; 72 hours) exhibited dose-dependent antiproliferative effects in HCT116, H1299, A549, and U937 cell lines. In U937 cells, the inhibition rate of cell proliferation was 70% at 50 μM and >80% at 100 μM[1].
