| In vitro | In RAW 264.7 murine macrophages, luteolin 5-O-glucoside showed no significant cytotoxicity at concentrations up to 200 μM. Luteolin 5-O-glucoside inhibited LPS-induced NO production with an IC₅₀ of 64.36 μM, suppressed t-BHP-induced ROS generation (IC₅₀ = 2.17 μM), and dose-dependently downregulated iNOS and COX-2 expression, indicating notable anti-inflammatory and antioxidant activity[1]. |
