Description	Incensole acetate is a natural product and TRPV3 agonist that induces calcium influx in HEK293 cells expressing TRPV3 channels. It modifies c-Fos activation in the mouse brain, exhibits anti-anxiety effects, and possesses anti-inflammatory properties.

In vitro	Methods: To investigate the preventive effects on Aβ25-35-induced neurotoxicity in homo sapiens olfactory bulb neural stem cells (hOBNSCs), hOBNSCs were pretreated with Incensole acetate (100 μM) for 4 hours prior to Aβ25-35 treatment. Cell viability was assessed using the MTT assay.  Results: Aβ25-35 significantly reduced cell viability, whereas Incensole acetate pretreatment markedly restored cell viability.[1]
