BSJ-04-122 has inhibitory activity against MKK4 and MKK7 with IC50 values of 4 nM and 181 nM respectively.[1]
BSJ-04-122 (1, 5, 10 μM; 6 h) induces a strong reduction in JNK phosphorylation.[1]
BSJ-04-122 (0, 1.25, 2.5, 5, 10, 20 μM; 72 h) showed enhanced antiproliferative effects when combined with JNK-IN-8.[1]
