In vivo	TRPA1-IN-2 (90 mg/kg, i.p. in mice; 30 mg/kg, i.p. in rats; 100 mg/kg, orally) reduced the total number of white blood cells and eosinophils in BALF, demonstrating anti-inflammatory activity.[1]
