| In vitro | Tradipitant binds to sections of guinea pig brain with a distribution similar to that previously reported for NK-1 receptors. Areas with the highest density are the accessory olfactory nucleus, anteroventral thalamic nucleus, paraventricular hypothalamic nucleus central amygdaloid nucleus (lateral), and the medial amygdaloid nucleus [1]. |
