Description	Tabernanthalog (TBG) is a 5-HT2A agonist. In rodents,Tabernanthalog has been found to promote structural neuroplasticity, reduce alcohol-seeking and heroin-seeking behavior, and produce antidepressant effects.
In vivo	After 7 days of unpredictable mild stress (UMS) in mice, immobility time was significantly increased after UMS. This effect was rescued by a 50 mg/kg, but not 10 mg/kg, dose of Tabernanthalog.
