Description	Isoanhydroicaritin is a naturally occurring flavonoid that inhibits physiological melanin synthesis and recovery and inhibits mushroom tyrosinase.
Targets&IC50	Mushroom Tyrosinase:0.7 μM
In vitro	Isoanhydroicaritin exhibits strong inhibitory activity against mushroom tyrosinase, with an IC₅₀ of 0.7 μM.[1]
In vivo	In zebrafish, Isoanhydroicaritin at 80 and 160 μM inhibits physiological melanin biosynthesis by approximately 30%. [1] In a zebrafish depigmentation model, Isoanhydroicaritin at the same doses suppresses pigment regeneration by 33.0% and 34.4%, respectively.[1]
