Description
Gypenoside LXXV is a natural saponin discovered in Panax ginseng that binds to the glucocorticoid receptor and translocates into the cell nucleus, thereby promoting wound healing and upregulating CTGF.
In vitro
Gypenoside LXXV (1.0-100 μM, 48 hours) can dose-dependently inhibit the proliferation of three cancer cell lines (Homo sapiens cervical cancer cell line HeLa, mouse melanoma cell line B16, Homo sapiens breast cancer cell line MDA-MB-231). When the administration concentration reaches 50 μM, it can almost completely inhibit the proliferation of all tested cancer cells [1].

Preparation of the In Vivo Formulation:

1) Add 100 μL of the DMSOTargetMol | reagent stock solution to 400 μL PEG300TargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.

2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.

3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2OTargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
