Description	Efaroxan hydrochloride is the salt form of Efaroxan, a selective, orally available α2-adrenoceptor antagonist that raises resting plasma insulin levels and significantly potentiates adrenaline-induced increases in insulin levels.
In vitro	Efaroxan hydrochloride binds to 1-imidazoline and α2-adrenergic receptors in the ventrolateral medulla membrane of the cephalic bull with Ki values of 0.15 nM and 5.6 nM, respectively. [1]
