| In vitro | EBI-2511 obviously decreases cellular H3K27me3 levels in a dose-dependent manner (an approximate IC50: 8 nM) and it is 3-fold more potent than EPZ-6438. In addition to Pfeffier cell line, EBI-2511 was shown active against WSU-DLCL2 ( IC50: 55 nM) [1]. |
| In vivo | EBI-2511 demonstrates dose-dependent tumor growth inhibition, with tumor size reductions of 28% (10mg/kg), 83% (30mg/kg), and 97% (100mg/kg). No significant changes in body weights are observed across all treatment groups. At the same dosage, EBI-2511 shows superior anti-tumor efficacy compared to EPZ-6438 (P<0.01) [1]. |

Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO
to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.
1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO
stock solution to 400 μL PEG300
and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.
2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.
3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2O
and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
